When a member is blocked, their profile and all of their content is hidden from the member who blocked them. Under member reporting policy, If a member observes another member is in violation of one of our reporting categories, they can report them to site administrators. Member account will be blocked automatically after certain number of blocks or reports by other members. Under content reporting policy, contents are allowed to be reported and autohide (if reported multiple times). Such content include activity, activity comments, groups, standalone forums, forum discussions, forum replies, documents, photos, videos, blog comments, etc.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Personal data includes all information generated, entered or uploaded by users during interaction with website. When any user register with PHARMAEXCEL, we collect and store personal data entered during registration. Upon successful activation of account, user get access to the account and can update profile information, including without limitation, first name, last name, nickname, email, password, gender, birthdate, about, skills, career or work experience, languages, phone number, social network links, etc. User may also write texts and/or upload images, video, documents and post or reply on timeline, forums, and private messages. Furthermore, user may send private messages to other users including media and document files as attachments. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds and plugins. We collect and store all personal data in order to display on profile publicly, display on forums and timeline publicly, display on private messages to the intended users and administrators of the website. Third party plugins installed on the website may also use personal data. Please do not post or add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
